Our office (Running CM3 V13) has adopted a 9/80 work schedule, wherein we work 9-hour days and take alternating Fridays off.

I've been tasked with having our main line route to an auto-attendant on alternating Fridays. I've got the AA, Vector, all that stuff sorted. What I can't wrap my head around is the alternating Fridays. Coverage Time of Day only provides for a one-week schedule. Has anyone used a workaround that would let them specify the alternating weeks?

Scratching my head...

If you are doing the routing via the vector, you can populate a holiday-table with the each friday the coverage will be different, you can generally do 15 entries in the table.

Code:
                                HOLIDAY TABLE

    Number: 1 Name: CS Meeting

    ______START_______ _______END________
Month Day Hour Min Month Day Hour Min Description
    01 07 15 45 01 07 16 30
    01 21 15 45 01 21 16 30
    02 04 15 45 02 04 16 30
    02 18 15 45 02 18 16 30
    03 04 15 45 03 04 16 30
    03 18 15 45 03 18 16 30
    04 01 15 45 04 01 16 30
    04 15 15 45 04 15 16 30
    04 29 15 45 04 29 16 30
    05 13 15 45 05 13 16 30
    05 27 15 45 05 27 16 30
    06 10 15 45 06 10 16 30
    06 24 15 45 06 24 16 30

then in the vector - do a goto step if it's in the holiday table:

Code:
07 goto step 30 if time-of-day is sat 20:30 to sun 10:00
[b]08 goto step 28 if holiday in table 1[/b]
09 collect 1 digits after announcement 2511 for none

This forum never fails, thanks! I don't think my release will allow the use of vars; I tried the "add var" and "change var" commands, and it replied that "var" is not a valid command. But I think the Holiday table will work, we do the same thing for our door lock controller.

Thanks folks!!
