Hi everyone,

Does someone already manage to get ACW working through SBC using SIPS ?
It works without TLS.
But with TLS, it connects and then disconnect a few seconds later.
I went through logs but I can't figure out why it doesn't work !

Unfortunately cannot help as we decided to go with a different SBC provider which we havent worked out how to do one-x through yet, so we just use really odd ports :)

What version of SBC you are running? You need to install certificates in the SBC both the IPO root CA plus the SBC certificates signed by IPO.

I'm running 7.1SP2.
My onex-mobile works fine with SIPS and SRTP.
My issue is only on Communicator for Windows

Have you tried running traceSBC inthe SBC and register Avaya Communicator? From there you should see what’s going on if the client attempts to register to the IPO via the SBC. You can also include capturing SIP and TLS Handshake in the trace. If I remember it right there is also a specific version of AC supported on IPO.

The only difference with non TLS setup is the certificate so please check as well the cert in your windows PC if the IPO root CA is installed.
