Hi guys, First post here so take it easy on me. I've been working in the telecoms industry for almost 19 years and recently started working with Avaya CM, IP Office, CMS etc. Customer has a few questions for me which with my limited knowledge at the minute i am struggling to answer accurately. Hoping someone here can give me a dig out.
How many minutes of inbound calls do we have typically per month?
How many minutes of outbound calls do we have typically per month?
Can this be averaged across the past 3 months?
How many concurrent calls do we typically have?
What would be the typical weekly maximum concurrent calls?
Apologies if some of these are stupid questions but as i said, I'm only new to Avaya.
