Anybody out there have any experience integrating an Avaya CM 6.2 with a dialogic D82JCT-EX? On the Avaya side we have programmed a hunt group with the member stations configured as either 7434 and 8434 (per recommendation from the application owners). Depending on the station type selected we are seeing different caller-ID on the dialogic side. When set to 7434 the caller ID comes across as a=xxxxx (xxxx is the first 5 digits of the extension) and when set as 8434 only the hunt group name is received. What needs to be seen is the full 7 digit extension. So it appears that 7434 gets us closest however the a= is getting in the way of the last 2 digits. The application owners on the dialogic end claim it is an Avaya issue. Im at a loss

On page 6 of the Systems Features form, there are options for 7405ND & 7434ND. Change them to 'y'. On the stations associated with the Dialogic board, change the set type to 7434DN and the Dsplay Module field to 'y'. No guarantees but it's worth a shot. This was used for Octel integration.

Thx 4merAvaya. Unfortunately those options were all already flagged 'y'. We have also attempted to pull the stations out of the hunt group and instead set them up for station hunting. Still no love. When we call to the first station (former pilot number of hunt) the ID comes across perfect. However when the call has to hunt the caller ID disappears and we start seeing the name of the originally called station.
