Avaya CCR 9.0 Call Details and Call Summary info does not match

I have a client that is using CCR to craft some reports. He is trying to compare numbers from the CDR to the CSR and, of course, they don't match up since each report groups the data differently. I know I have read that somewhere, but I can't seem to find the Avaya document that has it. Can someone point me in the right direction?
