Hello,
From time to time Avaya Call Assistant 9.1.12 shows "Checking messages ..." forever for some users, while other users can see their message list. This is a random behaviour, one day it's working for one user and next day same user got "Checking messages...". Restarting the services "Avaya one-X Portal for IP Office" and "Voicemail Pro Service" makes the thing work for all users for a few hours/days.
one-X Portal and VoiceMail Server are running on same Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard.
Any ideas about what's going on?
