All,

Recently loaded Util_Patch_7.0.1-0.0-12.noarch.rpm (Feature pack 1) via putty. While loading it, I could see all the processes run and it completed and showed that it loaded successfully. After the patch load, the PSN states that the VM needs to be restarted via the VSphere console to reset the Kernel before working as it should. We completed that successfully as well. After the restart, I can no longer access via putty and I can no longer access the web URL either. Even adding If I enter it will only pull up the customer phone utility page. Can't access the admin utilities page. Is there something that I'm putting incorrectly in the URL? Why is putty broke now after the restart? Is there something else that needs to be done after the reboot before I'm able to access again? Thanks in advance whomever can help me solve this...

everything about utility services has always ducked. It might be completely broken by design. Look in their solutions base. It's probably not your fault.

You may have OOBM enabled. Log in through a vSphere or VRMC console and check your OOBM

@kyle555 - I take the same viewpoint on this product. An httpd server has always beat the pants off VUS.

Jimbo, thanks for the response. What does OOBM stand for? What does it do? Where do I find it in vSphere? Thanks...
