Avaya Aura Communication Manager Certificate Error

I get this message when I navigate to Avaya Aura Communication Manager
"There is a problem with this website’s security certificate".

Rather than selecting " Continue to this website (not recommended)", I would like to add a new valid certificate.
Should I add a new root certificate ?
How should I proceed?

Click ignore and continue, or import the auto-generated cert it made on install into your PCs trusted root CAs or make it its own cert from an authority you already trust and load it in CM for it's web server.

Yes you should
Proceed however the documentation wants it done. For CM, generate the CSR, sign it, import it/activate it to an application.
