Is there a way to set the time and date for a voicemail greeting to start and a time and date for it to end?
Our old CS1000 Call Pilot had this ability to pre-program the greeting to ply on a certain day and to end on a certain day. We need to be able to do this on the CMM.

Thanks

Thank-you montyzummer.....We are using CMM for voicemail.....
We do no want to Forward callers to any number, only, we want to play a Greeting, such as, " I will be away and returning...." and we want to be able to schedule the Greeting to automatically start and stop on scheduled days and times. It that what 'Reach-Me" does?

Ahh ok page 45 then, but look at the greetings in general as there are extended holiday greetings and other useful features that may suit your needs.

Defining business hours
Before you begin
These settings are applicable only when greetings are enabled.
About this task
You can customize your business hours and set up the time period on each day, for specific
days of the week. By default, business hours are between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday
through Friday.
Procedure
1. On the Greetings tab, set the start and end times for the Business Hours
Between fields.
2. Define the days of your work week, by individually selecting the check box adjacent
to each day of the week.
