Dear Gurus,
We are having a trouble case with customer where Avaya Aura (VM based SMGR, CM, ASM, US) is integrating with 3rd party SNOM phones.
It often happens that phones looses their registration with ASM and Avaya phones are not able to dial out SNOM phones for obvious reasons and extension to extension calls do not work.
Also, the trunk status is seen OOS and comes up when we busy/release it 2 or 3 times or oftenly restart the SMGR VM.
We have updated our systems to 6.3.10 with and CM 6.3 with SP9 as per Avaya recommendation, however still at times such problem persist.
Can anyone please guide or provide the configuration information about Avyaa Aura and SNOM phone integration ? Below is trunk, signaling and off-pbx station configuration for reference;
