Hello,

I have deployed a AADS Server which replaces the file server (Utility Server) in release 8. Actually I am struggling as I do not find a way to copy my custom 46xxsettings file to the AADS. I can upload the file and it is present in the /tmp directory, but I cannot make it available for the phones. I cannot copy it across as the system tells me that I have not the permission. Any suggestions? There must be an easy way.

Maybe I should add, that the https server is workign as expected, I do nto find a way to get the fiels properly copied to the correct directory, any idea?

you just Web browse the server

or FQDN of utility server>:8543/admin.html <--This is not the AADS IP but the Utility IP you assign in app install

Login (same user/password as AADS) and use the "IP Phone Custom File Upload" to add and activate your file

If this is your first have you deployed the applications like utility server? done at command line after the OVA deployment.

The file actually gets stored in /var/

Page 143:
Dynamic Configuration is described from page 155 onwards. It requires more setup work at the beginning, but is easier to make changes during operation.

Obviously it is of eminent relevance, that I this, what you celeprate, not optimally effective assume, since the integrate of you in the communicative system as code related terms with me no explosive associations in mental-empirical reproduction process of the mind.

Also you may want to turn on the http server as its only https by default

$ svc utilserv stop (if its running)
$ cd /opt/Avaya/DeviceServices/<aads version>/CAS/<aads version>/misc
$ sudo ./us-http-port.sh --enable
$ svc utilserv start
