Avaya 9620c ip phone vpn connection with ip office via netgear fvs336gv2 vpn firewall problem

hello,

i am trying to connect 9620c ip phone with my ip office via NETGEARGV2 vpn firewall router. i am having a problem that is the vpn tunnel has established but then phone is continuously discovering ip office ip address such as "Discovering 192.168.X.X".

i am using different subnet such as LAN ip range is 192.168.1.0/24 and vpn client ip range is 172.16.24.0/24.

i have implement an ip route to ip office like i have tried both of the following ip route options

0.0.0.0
0.0.0.0
GW 192.168.1.1

and

172.16.24.0
255.255.255
192.168.1.1

but doesn't help me anyway and show me the same discovering state.

any experience about this...please help me out.

We noticed the same today on a Cisco 888.
It connects but stays on discovery while a couple of 5610 build a tunnel and then connect fine.
What firmware do you use (which version of manager)

even i am not getting any activity log in my ip office monitor. if i connect it from LAN then every steps works fine i mean i getting GRQ request, response everything. but from WAN via VPN connection it is acting like nothing is happening.
 
5610SW works fine with NetGear Prosafe fvs336gv2 vpn firewall router but why 9620C is not working? anyone have any idea or suggestion?
 
That is the exact same issue that we have.
I have really no clue what is going on with it :)
We ended up getting some more 5610's and turn them in to VPN phones.
But finding those 5610's is getting harder and harder as they are end of sale.

5610SW and 9620C both worked with NetGear Prosafe FVS336GV2. the phones are connected to router by VPN and register to call server and make and receive call successfully.
