Hello does anyone know what newer model can I use to replace the 5410.
someone recommended 9508 but for what I see those are IP phones.

thank you

The 9508 is what I use. It is Digital. The 9608 is an IP phone that is very similar.

Please remember... If it's not the way that YOU would do it, that does not necessarily mean it's wrong. EVERYONE knows SOMETHING that you do not.

do you have a picture of the back?
I found this phone but on the back look like an IP phone

RocketJTech's answer is perfectly correct. 9508 is not IP. One of the labels even says that its a Digital phone.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

You may be confused by the fact that the line port is an RJ45 instead of the traditional RJ11. Fear not, for it works just the same. These phones come with two different line cords. One is RJ45 at both ends (for plugging it into an RJ45 jack; presumably with a patch panel at the head end. The other has RJ45 at one end (for the phone) and RJ11 at the other (for the jack). It actually works with a regular RJ11-RJ11 line cord as well. The second port on the back of the phone is for a DSS Module. Sometimes I think that Avaya just likes to be different.

Please remember... If it's not the way that YOU would do it, that does not necessarily mean it's wrong. EVERYONE knows SOMETHING that you do not.

thank you guys and yes you are right the RJ45 was confusing me
