I have an iissue on Avaya 500v2 the vcm 32 cards and combo cards braek solid red ,,,I have trie to remove the cards on slot and reput it again and power on the system but nothing ,,,,again trie to change the slots but noting ,,trie to open the system for checking the Hard ware and power supply alll are okay nothing has nurnt

How many VCM 32s?

start by removing the cards & adding them at a time you probably have a faulty card.

Does nobody teach Diagnostic & fault finding techniques any more?

reminds me of a story my dad told when a graduate joined the test team at ICL

he setup new system
added connected the video unit
video unit went pop
connected another video unit
also went pop
Went to get another Video unit before being stopped.

it simply did not occur to him that the system he was

combo card is one combo . VCM 32 card is one ,, but I have discover that the VCM 32 CARD HAS BURNT after open the daughter card.....mean while also the combo is okay but not working as usual probably the whole system has got demage after Electric shock please you can see the image again and port of LAN Break solid so I cant even ping the system while is on Network

The whole lot needs to go in the bin, except the SD card. Claim on insurance if necessary

I agree with Amriddle, that level of damage may have eaisly taken out or weakened other components in the system that may not be immediately apparently or cause the system to fail again in a few months.

100% system replacement & claim on insurance for storm damage.

So what will happen when I will buy a new control unit 500 v2 and new card ,,,then i willl use or connect the exitsting SD card? do they pick up with the same configuration?

Yes, all configuration is stored on the SD card
Also you should be replacing all cards in the system, not just the black & crispy one
