I recently integrated a G350, CM 4.0 with a Nortel Opt.11 with Callpilot. The Callpilot is my voicemail for both systems.
Everything seems to work fine including Msg waiting lights on the Avaya phones. The problem is that when someone calls an Avaya extension and the call rolls to the Callpilot VM, the Callpilot does not answer with the proper greeting. It answers with "please enter the extension", rather than, "The person you called at extension 2xxx...".
Does anyone have any suggestions on what might be wrong?
