Avaya 302C Console not working on TN2224

Befuddled am I. I moved a working 302C from a 4-wire circuit pack to a TN2224CP. The console will power up and kind of work, the DSS won't. I have another 302C on the same switch and on the same TN2224 and it works fine. With using the same working 302C port on the TN2224 and interchanging both power pairs, both 302C's work fine. I have tried another port on another TN2224 and I get the same results, so it appears it is a configuration issue regarding the port, but I don't see anywhere in software where I would configure the att for one type of port or another.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I believe the 302cs can operate on a two wire or four wire digital circuit pack with some selector switch somewhere. Maybe check for that?
