Two of my clients phones stopped displaying the phone number of any answered or missed calls from external numbers during the ring and after the call has been completed. However in the call log all they can see is the Caller ID name and time , but no numbers. I am a novice so any help would be appreciated.

You might have it set in Manager to favour directory instead of favour CLI.
Genitally speaking, if the caller ID is received by the IP Office then it is sent to the handset.
