We have a call center associate whose AUX button keeps throwing him into some sort of speakerphone mode. I checked the programming of the buttons on his 6416D+, and definitely AUX is programmed on the correct button. Also, the labeling on the phone matches up with the programming, so the phone is not mislabeled. I tried switching out his phone with another one, thinking perhaps the phoneset was damaged, and still the same problem is happening. His setup is identical to other call center associates, in terms of same COR and COS, same FRL. Any ideas what the problem could be??
