Automatic Ring Down Circuit Help?

We have a ARD ring down circuit that was just installed by our CO between 2 of our offices.

Objective: To place a button of this ARD circuit on my company's traders deskphone so they can call remote trader/s at the other office.

The same ARD circuit works fine for straight analog phone but when you hit the CO Line on phone it rings fast busy?

you have it programmed correctly, we set these up all the time. It should be working :) I would carefully check your wiring, and make sure you are wired to the correct port.

Also, we sometimes set these up as CO trunk ports, which then have an incomming destination of an X-ported station. This X-ported station uses "Hot Line" dialing to dial the FAC of the trunk. On the traders phone, you would set up an "abrdg-appr" of this X-ported station. this has 2 advantages, and 1 disadvantage:

Advantage: you can now "status" the trunk group to see if its in service, busy, out of service, etc.
Advantage: you can now control the ringing on the traders phone, since on the "abrdg-appr" you can choose "r" ring, "n" no ring, etc.

Disadvatange: It takes 1 RTU for the X-ported station

I removed the personal co trunk and created the following trunk group, I also created an x-ported station and bridged it to a test phone.

But still no luck, I will check my cross connects but believe those are good.

Below is a list trace of the Trunk Group, whenever I press the abridged ext w/the TAC.

It's hitting the port but its just Dead Air it should be ringing as soon a press the Abridged line appereance.
