Automatic Hold

Is there any way to make a Legend 6.1 system automatically put a call on hold after 4 or 5 rings? The system is a key system and the three POTS lines are distributed as personal lines on the two stations that need the automatic hold. I was looking at changing the stations over to QCC, but it looks like I would lose too many features (ICOM buttons and speed dial). How could I set this up with group coverage so that the call would go into queue?
 
Here is the the config of the system where I attempted to set this up.
