when set for AA can you set a button to manualy turn it off to answer the calls
 
sorry, didn't explain well,have 4 different company on the same merlin ,one is on AA the other 3 are being answered by the same receptionist,want to take one of the 3 and and put it on AA,but also be able to anwser manuly if need.while still answering the other two companys on regular basis.
 
Set the 2nd company up on it's own AA - so they can have their own announcement. I assume you have a voice mail overflow group now for AA1 - so just set another one up for AA2 - and give the overflow group as many seconds as you need it to ring before it flows to AA2.
