Automated attendant HELP PLEASE!!!

I have a Merlin Magix system here and we have two seperate numbers that come in here. One is answered by our operator and the other is supposed to be directed to extension 141 which is a automated hotline thing. Extension 141 works and everything, but the problem is when people call in on the number that is supposed to be picked up by 141 it rings 4 times and then says that my call is being transfered to the operator. It should pick up on the first ring. I am not sure how to go about fixing this....

Also, in the merlin messaging what do I hit in the admin mode to activate someones voice mail after I create an extension?

You would either have to create a mailbox for ext 141 in the Merlin Messaging (if you want it to eventually go to voice mail) or remove ext 141 from voicemail coverage group (usually #30) in the Magix system (if you want the call to be answered by a 'live' person and not go to voice mail).
 
To get voice mail to pick up on the first ring you will need to change the cover delay on x141 to 1 ring. Additionally, if the tn that rings to x141 should be answered by the auto attendant, you will need to create mailbox 141 as an auto attendant, assuming that you have a Merlin Messaging and not an Intuity Audix voice mail.

I finally found the Auto Attendant in the voice mail. That was all setup correctly. The problem was when I instlled a new card and also two new extensions. They were set to ring imediatly (spelling?) I just changed them from -I to -N and the auto attendant picked up then.
