Help appreciated on this -
IPO on R9, external MOH
On making a selection from the AA, caller hears MOH
is there a way of getting caller to hear ring tone ?
don't really understand whats happened because I am sure (and customer is too) that for the first day the callers did indeed get ring tone.

what type of voicemail?

acss sme acis sme acss cm 5.2.1 acss cm and cmm acss aura messaging.

If it's embedded. Voicemail then go to your AA actions and change the transfer option from Normal Transfer to TRANSFER .
