auto "cc" messages on CallPilot?

Is there a way that I can have messages auto copy (not forward) to a mail box?

I have a user that needs to check 2x boxes - their primary one and one located in another dept. They dont know if their is a new message on the one in the other dept cause there is obviously no lamp lit.

Is there a way for all messages to goto a primary mailbox, and also cc to a secondary?

You could use XMWK 'ExclusiveMessageWaitingKey'
KEY X XMWK xxxx (CallPilotDN) xxxx (DN)
Flashes that 'Key' and can use to retrieve for that DN monitoring that other dept

This is still not quite optimal but does make it easier for the user.
