Auto dial without any programation

Hi Guys
I have a problem with my IPO 500 V2, a weird international number is dialing randomly in automatic, I did not program the action, also my ISP blocked my service because they detected many calls to Central America, I changed many short codes also all passwords, when the phone dial the number show the message "waiting for line". How or where can I check this kind of programing in order to delet it.

I forgot say, when the phone is dialing this kind of numbers, in System Status looks like "ARS Main", and the call can get this state by 30 minutes.

I think you'll find you're being/have been hacked, the system doesn't automatically callout

Adjust the firewall between IP Office and the internet, in security settings disable all features not used like TAPI, TFTP read/write etc.
Delete all service accounts not needed or at least disable them, use strong passwords of at least 12 characters with higs security.
Disable HTTP:// access, allow only HTTPS:// with certificates.
