I'm totally new to IP Office so I apologize if this is a stupid question.

I have several phone numbers setup in the Incoming Call Route that I have going to an auto attendant immediately via a short code I created. This works great, however my problem is that within this auto attendant there's an option to speak to a representative and when pressed it rings that hunt group again and then goes to the hunt group voicemail, which repeats the auto attendant script. They don't want the call to go to an individuals vm, but want to check a group vm.

My question is how do I get the hunt group voicemail to goto another mailbox which the group can check. On the old Merlin system we had, I was able to create a phantom mailbox to accomplish this. With IP office, I'm just not sure. Thanks in advance!

VMPRO, yes? I hope so.
Create a LEAVE start point for the group, and put in a leave message option for another user or group...but I don't know if that will solve it? It says they don't want it to go to an individual. I guess you could send it to another group and create the HGroup in the users for vvm access?
