I have (to my understanding) set up auto attendant correctly but no matter what I try it does not work.

Any suggestions or easily missed options?

Thanks

Make sure you have right lines (Examp 061,062,ect) and not line 1 ,2 ect and the lines set to be answered by AA under the table settings. Also checked the number of rings to be answered as not to have a Voice Mail Box with a lesser setting of rings. Also witch BCM. 50,400.450 ect.

Thanks for the guide but I had already done that except select the correct line and it still is not working.

Anything I could be missing?

Thanks your help soooo appreciated.. have been banging my head on the wall for hours now ha

If the lines show on a phone, do a Feat*0 and make sure of the line numbers.

AMAZING THANK YOU.. it finally works :D

Now how do I access the general mail box that I assume it sends you to?

thanks

GMB is usually 100, 1000 depending on dn size. Go to MB admin to assign an Ext. Initial access to it is like any other MBox.

My general mailbox is 100. Do I set that as the attendant extension in greeting tables?

Thanks

Amazingly it all works now.

Thank you for your help.. Amazing :)

My only issue is when it gets passed to the general delivery mailbox it plays the default leave a message message (posh British lass).

Where do I upload the message for that?

Thanks

That kind of effort deserves a star.

You need to access the general mailbox and change the recording. When you access the mailbox press 8, then listen to the prompts to change your primary greeting.

Haha thanks (Y)

Yeah I found it in the end.

Thank you everyone for your help.

Good to see you got it going. I was out of pocket yesterday. Thanks for the star.
