Auto Attendant to Auto Attendant to extensions... Not Working

I have a main attendant that rings 9 different options. Option 1 is to ring this...

I created an Auto attendant called SupAA and added the two extensions that I want the auto attendant to be able to reach
Created a shortcode at *99 Feature Auto Attendant telephone number AA:SupAA
I built a phantom user at extension 300 called SupOF. I forwarded ext 300 to *99 unconditionally checked hunt groups and forward internal calls
I built a new hunt group calls supervisor HG at ext 500 . I added the phantom user of SupOF to the user list .(the ring mode is sequential)
I went to the "Main Hunt Group to which calls ring which is SupervisorGP left the no answer time to the default of 15 seconds. I made sure that the voice mail was shut off. Ring mode is collective. I went to the overflow tab and made sure that the no answer time was 14 seconds.

When the calls come in.. they hit the option of 1 )which is supervisor GP. The auto attendant automatically comes on (8402) without the two extensions ringing. I would like them to ring 4 times before the auto attendant comes on giving the caller a choice of who to leave the message with. If i ring them through intercom using 772 it works fine. If I ring through an outside line.. once I press 1 through the main AA it goes directly into the secondary 8402 AA without ringing the extensions.. Any help would be great..

I must be missing something here. Any help would be greatly appreciated
 
Update.. I tested backwards..

*99 takes me right to the 8402 attendant
intercom 300 takes me right to the 8402 attendant
intercom 500 takes me right to the 8402 attendant

I played around with the no answer times in the Auto Attendant and in the overflow and I still can't seem to get it to ring both extensions before it goes into the 8402 attendant. I am trying to get about 4 rings..

I think from your description, you would want to transfer selector code 1 to a collective call waiting hunt group with the 2 supervisors in it, and have that group overflow to the sequential group that has the phantom user that is forwarded to the short code that points to the auto attendant
 
Touchtone.... Exactly ... Then the callers have an option of who to leave the msg for if no one answers....
 
What steps am I missing Tommy? I want to set this up for another hunt group as well but just cant seem to get the auto attendant to allow the group to ring first... Thank You in advance!
 
I think I explained it above

From your initial auto attendant, have a selector code transfer to the hunt group that has the supervisors in it.

That group will have an overflow group. No voicemail, and no queuing.

That overflow group will be sequential, with only one user, which is forwarded (including hunt group calls) to a short code that points to another automated attendant, and in this auto attendant you can press a selector code for each supervisor. Since you want to go to their voicemail, have the selector codes Transfer to #XXX assuming you have set up the usual short code of #XXX to transfer directly to a mailbox.
 
Well Tommy.... Just not working in regards to the hunt group ringing before the auto attendant picks up. I gave up and stuck to the normal HG voicemail.
