I have a main attendant that rings 9 different options. Option 1 is to ring this...
I created an Auto attendant called SupAA and added the two extensions that I want the auto attendant to be able to reach
Created a shortcode at *99 Feature Auto Attendant telephone number AA:SupAA
I built a phantom user at extension 300 called SupOF. I forwarded ext 300 to *99 unconditionally checked hunt groups and forward internal calls
I built a new hunt group calls supervisor HG at ext 500 . I added the phantom user of SupOF to the user list .(the ring mode is sequential)
I went to the "Main Hunt Group to which calls ring which is SupervisorGP left the no answer time to the default of 15 seconds. I made sure that the voice mail was shut off. Ring mode is collective. I went to the overflow tab and made sure that the no answer time was 14 seconds.
When the calls come in.. they hit the option of 1 )which is supervisor GP. The auto attendant automatically comes on (8402) without the two extensions ringing. I would like them to ring 4 times before the auto attendant comes on giving the caller a choice of who to leave the message with. If i ring them through intercom using 772 it works fine. If I ring through an outside line.. once I press 1 through the main AA it goes directly into the secondary 8402 AA without ringing the extensions.. Any help would be great..
