Had a Norstar Voicemail Release 4.0 fail last week and it was replaced and restored from backup. Everything is working except the Auto Attendant. When an outside caller dials an extension in auto attendant it will ring the phone and if the user answers it is OK. If the set is forwarded to voice mail the caller ends up back in auto attendant. Also if someone calls in to the auto attendant and dials an extension and the user answers and transfers the caller to a set that is forwarded to voice mail, it goes to auto attendant instead of the users mailbox. Internal calls forward to the mailbox just fine.
