Auto Attendant thru dial calls go back to Auto Attendant 1

Had a Norstar Voicemail Release 4.0 fail last week and it was replaced and restored from backup. Everything is working except the Auto Attendant. When an outside caller dials an extension in auto attendant it will ring the phone and if the user answers it is OK. If the set is forwarded to voice mail the caller ends up back in auto attendant. Also if someone calls in to the auto attendant and dials an extension and the user answers and transfers the caller to a set that is forwarded to voice mail, it goes to auto attendant instead of the users mailbox. Internal calls forward to the mailbox just fine.
Any help would be appreciated.

The AA is set to answer at 0 rings and the sets forward to voicemail after 4 rings. Transfer recall is set for 6 rings.
 
Thanks a lot curlycord. I am looking for the patch now. I'm not sure I can still get it from Avaya/Nortel.
 
Thanks a lot for the files curlycord. My plan was to use Voice Mail Manager to get it changed, but now I can have this option available as well. We lost access to a lot of the old Nortel docs, etc. when they recently removed everything from the Helmsman website.
