Auto Attendant 15A Annoucement 1

What do I need to be able to record a a new message on the 15A system?

I used a handset from a phone and got nothing. Can I use a wired microphone and plug into Tape and record a message?

if memory serves, you must use a g15 or comparable handset.

The only fear I have right now is where would I be able to pick up one of these from? If at all.

I'll hold off on opening the wired microphone of it's not going to be of any use.

g15 handsets are what you will find on most older analog telephones.

I actually was able to get one and now I'm cooking with gas. The only thing I seem to have run into now is getting the second message to play when you call the line. It will play the first message. Then it will ring non stop. It's supposed to ring 7/8 times then go to message 2
