Have a puzzler. Trying to get caller ID into CM, through Aura Messaging, back to CM, to a VDN, and to an agent. All that is coming through for CID for the agent is the VDN name & number. Call comes into a VDN, which sends the call to an X port station immediately. X port station has a coverage path that sends the call to Aura Messaging. In AAM there's an auto-attendant. Press 1 if you know the extension you want to reach. Once you press 1 it asks for the extension you want to reach (all this while still in AAM). If you dial an extension that is a person, call & CID goes through to the person being called. If you dial a VDN from AAM, call is queued. When the agent answers the call they see the VDN & VDN name, not the CID of the person calling from outside the system. There should be a way to allow CID to pass all the way through to the agent...but how?!? Thanks
