Looking for an Aura tech to give us some support. We are all IP Office certified guys, but this site we are downsizing it appears to old vendor never maintained the Certs. We would like to get back into System and Session Manager for the short time. We have GUI access and Aura Mail web access, but would like back into the others.

Just download the cert renewal utility and run it from the SMGR CLI

Does that require a reboot and any risks with said reboot?

the renewal utility doesn't change linux permissions

I did change the folder access...

chmod +x CertificateRenewalUtility_v2.bin

I even restarted the JBOSS

REbooted it from command line a couple times.

Its a GEO Red site, and both certs are gone, so trying to secondary now.

We used WinSCP to add the v2.bin file.

COming up with not much now.....

Seems to get stuck on 1-10 of the Trust Initializer script.....

Guess we can try it from the VM console...

I also tried to upgrade the secondary, but we don't have the correct Primary Enrollment Password. :(

You need to do it on the primary SMGR, not the geo

The geo isn't going to show you anything unless/until you activate it
