Can anyone tell me, if possible, how to program a button to show that another extension has voicemail?

I'm trying to setup an 800 number to route to a voicemail if it's not answered. Once that 800 number leaves a voice mail message I'd like to have multiple extensions be able to see that new voicemail so that they can retrieve it.

I've setup the extension as an X port and setup vm in Audix, but the phones being used are 9611Gs emulated as 9620s on our system.

I've made sure the extension had no vm's in it and then setup the button, called the extension, left a vm, but the message light does not light up.

Any suggestions?
 
Did you setup all the VM information on the 2nd page of the station form for the x-ported station..?
 
The x-ported station is setup as a 6408d+ and on the second page I had the following:

LWC Reception: spe
LWC Activation: yes
Audix Name: audix

***Did Not Work****

Any other settings I'm missing?

It shows Message Waiting: VM Server

We are using an Intuity Audix LX
 
If true, then any phone with amw for the station should be lit.

Turn off the light CM Command: prompt:
Command: clear amw all xxxx (xxxx is the station with the amw light)

I setup the LWC Reception on the VM extension to none and it's working now. Kinda weird....
