Attendant sees no number on display

I have a problem with my switchboard operator. She pushed some of her feature buttons and now her display won't show the number of an incoming call anymore.These are her assignments:
FEATURE BUTTON ASSIGNMENTS
Please also explain what atd-qcalls, aux-work and trk-id buttons mean. I believe she was using trk-id button, mct-act and forced release.

Look under the display button assignments. Is there a "normal" button? Have her press that.
 
Thanks guys. She was playing with the Malicious call trace button and I had to deactivate it.
