I have been kicking this problem around for about 2 weeks now with no success. We have 2 attendant console both are principal since we are using tenanting. The tenant 1 console has an extension assigned to it, which is a DID number, that we are trying to get to roll over to an after hours VDN. I have setup a night service button on the console, and in ch tenant 1[/color red], set the night destination to the VDN, which will play an announcement and transfer them to a voicemail box. When the night service button is press and i call the DID number, the console rings and does not send the call to the night VDN. I stat the console and see that it is in night service mode, and when i do a trace, i see that the call is just ring the console with no attempt to send it to the night destination. Did i miss a step somewhere? Any help or a point in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

Scott

Do you have "NightServ" defined on your "inc-call-handling-trmt" ?

Thank you BIS, there was no call-handling-trmt for that DID, so i added one, then added the night server VDN and it worked. So does the mean the the night service button on consoles are only for the trunks coming into that console and not DID extension assigned to it.

thanks again

Scott
