I just like to ask how is it to enable two consoles operating the same time in one system Meridien Option 11C. as you know, we had a client which is having two consoles configuration but when we connected both at the same time the other one became passive and only one of them is having an active operation. I have checked the configuration of the consoles on LD 20. as such below:

I could be well off the mark, but are the ANUM values different for the two consoles?

The one you have posted is 01, the other should be 02. Our is anyway.

The way to test consoles in front of a customer is this.

At a very quiet time while there are no other calls, have both consoles active, and both with no loop keys pressed. During the test, do not answer the consoles....just listen to them.

Go to a nearby phone and dial 0 - it will buzz one console, now hang up. Dial 0 again, it will ring the other console.
