Attendant Console Call Forward 1

Hi



Are there other ways for attendant console to forward calls to random extension?

I am aware that when she presses the 'night service', calls will be forwarded to the assigned extension.

However; not at all times, the assigned extension is available, so she wants it forwarded to any free extension.

I do not believe an attd console can be forwarded

If they have another back up console she could activate the position busy which would send the calls to the back up operator
