Attd Vector 1

I'm changing my attd vector to also route to a diffent location as well. Somehow it does not work. When I put in a route-to 4 digit number, I have no problem with the vector, but when I put in a outside telephone number, that's where I'm running into problems.
This is how my vector is set up:

01 wait-time 1 secs hearing ringback
02 gueue to attd-group
03 route-to X-XXX-XXX-XXXX with cov n if unconditionally
04 goto vector 3 if queue-fail
05 Stop

My calls won't go to outside number, just back to the attendant, but if I put in that ext. no. I have no problem, anyone know what the problem is?

Are you prefixing the number with 9+1? Or whatever your FAC is?

Can you do a "list trace" to see why the call is being rejected?

My attd group is ext. 1234, when ext 1234 is answered, I want the next call coming in to route to a back up location with the outside number I assigned.

04 goto vector 3 if queue-fail
05 Stop
06 route-to number 91xxxxxxxxxxx with cov n if unconditionally
07 stop
