Old Panansoic system and with my basic SLT, I would get a call from the receptionist that I had an incoming call holding. I would ask her what line it was and then dial 53 plus the line number (so 5301 for a call on line 1) to pick it up. Is there an equivalent on Nortel with an ATA2?

Ask her to PARK the call using Feature 74. Maybe label it HOLD for ATA or something. She will see a code on her display 'Parked at 101'. You then pick up your phone and dial the 3 digit code. Usually 101 maybe 102.

Thanks! I saw that in the literature, but thought it was only applicable to system phones.

You pick up the phone and dial the Park code it was parked on,101,102 and the call should be there. You just need to get intercom dial tone first.
