How do assign the ATDN to a phone? This site I'm working with does not have a console but the ATDN is defined in the CDB. Thanks in advance.

change the ATDN in the ATT_Data block to the extension number?

It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.

Didn't work, got SCH0730 conflicts with exsisting number.

what happens when you dial the att dn, if you just want to use that number xxxx, change the atdn to a vacant number, to make 0 go to a 2616, just take 0 out of the atdn make it a maxp1 acd .. the acdn =0 maxp=1 and ncfw= the number of the exten. be sure you use either mcr keys or lhk x to build "loop" keys.. i use a 4 digit number as atdn and 0 in my switch is an acd, that gives me more options on what i can do with zero
