Assign phone to multiple page zones

Hello,

I have a couple questions.

1. Can you assing one DN to multiple page zones? We need a page zone for the school itself, but the school also needs to be included in the organization wide page.

2. How would one set up a zone to include specific DNs? Similar to above we would need only the school phones in the page zone.

You can assign the phone to be in a seperate page zone (ie. zone 2) & then do a F632 (page speaker, zone 2), so people in zone 1, zone 3, etc don't hear the page.

To have them hear a page intended for everyone do F630 (all zones).

When you are in system programming, terminal & sets, that is where you assign the zone. By default, the phones are in zone 1.
