We had a mitel phone system, and used an ASC Telecom IP Recorder (powerplay) to record our calls. We have since moved to a different call switch (Avaya / verint) setup. We still however need to access our calls from 5 years ago. The proprietary format though is unable to be read normally, so we have to try and keep the software running, but... the software requires specific hardware which is nearly impossible to locate now. Does anyone know of any way to convert the audio files to a different format that can be used such as a .wave file?
The software has the ability to save as a wave file, but we can't get access to the software. If there is a piece of the software that can run standalone that does the conversion that would be wonderful. Thanks for any information or further direction.
