I seem to be having a problem with a number that is in our area code, but does not seem to be dialing correctly.
I dial the number and I get the message that I need to dial a 0 or a 1. I think the PBX is stripping out the 1 and area code that I dial.
Entered the full number into the ARS and it still happens.
where else should I look?
