Anything in the 'disp sys cust' table would need to be changed by Avaya or an Avaya BP.

If you will post what it is that you are trying to do, their may be a work around for it.

R10 and above, Avaya or a Business Partner must go to the RFA website and turn the feature on for the customer's SID and MIDs then download new license files to be installed in the switch / server where you want the feature activated.
For that feature most likely is not a RTU charge.

Hi
I am having the same problem.
What I am tring to do is setup an IP trunk between a SOE and S8500.
I can get it to work from the SOE to the S8500 by dialing 8
and the ex number, but I can't get the S8500 to dial to the SOE.
Does anyone know another way around this?
Thanks,
Jim

What is SOE? [Partner Small Office Edition?]

And, how are you trying to dial from the S8500 to the SOE? Are you using UDP and four digit dialing?

We have also tagged along on someone else's thread. You should start a new one and go from there.
