Aria status code

I am having trouble finding info on Status Code 41. This is a 350. Version 03.10.09-1

It's failing the backup task but i can't pin it down. Seems to scan the tape OK, can read the header of a valid tape... Looks like it backups mailboxes and such but gets to the end of the backup task and fails. Last event shows "internal app error"

I can't figure this one out for a while now and any and all help is appreciated.
