Hi ALL,

I have this feature setup on a phone, I would like to hear the beep/buzz on the headset and not he phone?

Can anyone tell me what setting I need to change or is the only option to Beep/Buzz on the phone after 60 seconds of being on-hold?

I am fairly sure that the feature only works as you describe it, the idea is to alert externally, that you have a call on hold, so it comes always from the telephone speaker,

maybe on an acd phone, not a normal held timer, but you can display duration. or set the hold recall timer to a usable length and the recall to a supervisor.
