Sorry for basic question, but how to add 0 in front of incoming caller id?
When you call out from call history it is easy to have 0 prefix added already.

[Env]
- ISDN (E1)

- Short code
0N
Dial
N

- ARS
N
Dial
.

- ICR
98765401 -> 401
98765402 -> 402
98765403 -> 403
98765404 -> 404

Best Regards

It is on the ISDN trunk and called prefix.
Put it in there and you will have a leading 0 in the call log.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

Yes, if you see gif image on previous post, zero is in National and international prefix as well. But no luck..

Prefix = blank
national = 0
internationl = 00

If prefix is set to "0" it will remove the leading zero from all calls that are using the national/international number format

Good call, Ekster!

And Topbay, if you have a range of DDI's, you only need 1 ICR.

98765401 -> 401
98765402 -> 402
98765403 -> 403
98765404 -> 404

This covers one thousand DDI's: 98765XXX -> #

Kind regards

Gunnar
