When troubleshooting VoIP calls, are there any ASA commands to check the status and health for Medpro and Clan boards?

Yes lots as provided above , you need a methodical approach the below docs provide commands and procedures there are about 6 more probably more depending on the isssue , but use the OSI layer modle when trouble shooting go from 1 upwards.

Plan think ,record your results never take anything for granted or take ... well he said ... she said ... you are in control just be pleasant when doing so .... plenty of times i have had a customer say "of course the network cable is plugged in" .....ok then could you please send me a picture before i attend site .....hmmmm no network lead plugged in when picture arrives seconds later via email..... thats whay i mention the OSI model start at 1 physical and work upwards..... that's just my two pence worth but has served me very well over the years and now with so many media methods site visits usually are and unless as a public relations exercise should be the last resort.
